1) Any event set up time will be charged as part of the booking

2) A deposit of £250 is required for bookings of over 50 people and £100 for bookings of up to 50 people - paid in advance

3) Where applicable, an additional levy of £50 will be added onto the bill to pay for a dedicated venue manager

Please note also that if another event is taking place in the hall, then potentially the kitchen facilities will need to be shared.
