The management committee is keen to ensure that the safety and welfare of all users of our hall is a top priority during the Covid-19 pandemic.
We will have the hall cleaned regularly and will supply hand sanitiser at the entrance of the hall, disinfectant spray and soap and hand towels in our toilets and kitchen for all users.
However, it will be the hirers responsibility to take all adequate steps to ensure that their users can remain at least at least 2 metres away from each other whilst inside (and outside) the hall and that users and hirers will space out 2 metres apart when queuing to enter the hall. It is also the hirers responsibility to carry out a risk assessment to ensure compliance with government regulations for the activity or event that you will hold in our hall.
